Gay Paris

I'm dreaming of a city break in none other than the city of love but it's not romance I'm looking for. The twinkly lights of the Eiffel Tower by night, the tantalizing call of Champs Elysees and the smell of artisan breads in cosy, little patisseries have got me in a daze. I'm dying to experience the magic of Paris once again. Fancy a stint on the Eurostar yet? While I'm sniffing out some cute, boutique hotels, take inspiration from my ultimate weekend wardrobe.

There's no compromising repose over fashion in Paris - this outfit is undoubtedly stylish without restricting any range of movement. The palazzo trousers give it a grown-up edge but the leopard print flats and colour pop bag toughen it up. Sheer make-up and vintage Chanel earrings keep it young and feminine.

Chunky heels and a large, shopper bag make for comfort and convenience. Neon brights, slick sunnies and light reflecting make-up will ensure you'll make a statement with minimal effort (and you won't have to worry about the strain of those shopping bags showing on your face)!

Lunch is a good excuse to pull out your fiercest heels and trendiest threads. Your feet don't have to bear any of the pain and you'll only be staring at each other over lobster langoustine for an hour or two so it's best to make it an outfit to remember. Go on with your bad self!

Demand the attention of a VIP by clashing prints. Take it a step further by clashing pieces from two of the biggest graphic print giants in the fashion world Mary Katranzou (jacket) and Peter Pilotto (dress). Simple, black accessories keep the outfit on the good side of garish and sunglasses, despite the obvious lack of sun, give the outfit a luxe edge. You might even get papped on the way in! (A girl can always dream).
